But one day, after indulging in my beloved childhood snacks, everything changed. I started experiencing constant tummy aches, joint pains, and extreme fatigue that kept me bedridden for days.
When my physician husband suggested a gluten-free diet, I finally saw a ray of hope. The relief I felt as my symptoms vanished was truly life-changing.
